Lisa Bean

Senior Director, Coaching
Lisa has extensive experience helping advisors and firms to grow their businesses and connect with clients through a powerful and engaging client experience. She designs and delivers the coaching support that is integrated in our client feedback programs and provides group training for our corporate clients.

Lisa brings more than 20 years of industry experience from working as an advisor to key executive positions at Price Metrix and CIBC Wood Gundy. In the latter role, she led the practice management department and a team of coaches who worked with their top advisors. Lisa has coached or consulted with thousands of advisors and their teams, giving her a unique perspective on best practices and how to succeed in an evolving industry.

Lisa holds her coaching credentials through the International Coaching Federation, is a Certified Financial Services Coach, and a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute offered jointly by SIFMA and The Wharton School of Business. She holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
