Day 1 - TRAINING
Day one will provide an in-depth perspective on the framework and principles of Unreasonable Hospitality through a mix of education, exercises, and experience design sessions.
The training is based on the New York Times bestseller book by Will Guidara that shows how to transform ordinary transactions into extraordinary experiences.
Led by the author's team, it is designed to set you up for success by consistently embodying the principles of Unreasonable Hospitality. The Workshop is filled with practical applications of the lessons and will leave you equipped with a list of specific, actionable ideas to bring to life.
What does it mean to deliver 'Unreasonable Hospitality'?
In Will Guidara’s own words, “Unreasonable hospitality is about giving people more than they expect, making them feel truly seen, valued, and celebrated.” It’s about being relentless, intentional, and creative in the pursuit of relationships. No matter what industry you are, the relationships you build and how you make people feel is your only true competitive advantage. And hospitality, not as an industry, but as a mindset, is the best way to achieve that.
Day 2 - BRINGING UNREASONABLE HOSPITALITY TO LIFE
Day two is a half-day that will focus on examining the key themes with your peers and focusing on how to take action. Before leaving you'll have a clear action plan.
