The Experience Innovation Board brings together senior leaders to collaborate, learn and evolve the prospect and client experience.

Created for leaders by leaders

We began with 24 founding members, representing 21 leading RIAs that manage approximately $170 billion in assets for their clients. The founding members worked with Absolute Engagement to define the vision for the board, which is now open to others.

The Experience Innovation Board will be open to RIAs with a minimum of $1b in assets under management. Participants should be senior-level leaders, with accountability for the prospect or client experience. All members will agree to the guidelines, set out by the founding members, to facilitate open conversation and learning.

How it works

Quarterly board meetings

Each quarterly meeting (held virtually) will focus on a defined theme, contributed by members. These meetings involve:

  • Sharing new data, gathered in advance from members
  • A targeted presentation (with speakers from within and outside the industry)
  • Peer sharing through small group discussion

Opportunities to connect

There will be additional opportunities to work with smaller groups of members to examine specific themes in a mastermind/study group structure.

In addition, ad hoc meetings on specific themes will be convened, for those with interest in that topic.

All members can access the Private Members page for videos of all meetings, resources and tools shared by members.
