Joanne Hader
Senior Lead, Analytics and Research
Joanne has extensive experience as a researcher, program evaluator, and senior-level manager. She is responsible for designing and executing on our on-going industry research with advisors and investors and supports our clients by drawing on their client feedback to provide customized analysis and insights.
Joanne specializes in client and employee engagement survey design and questionnaire development; online survey programming and data collection; and survey data analysis and reporting. She is an expert in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and has taught university classes and presented to academic conferences on research methods.
Joanne has an MA in Medical Anthropology from the University of Saskatchewan. She is a certified Lean Yellow Belt, a huge fan of Crucial Conversations tools and methods, and is a trained facilitator and negotiator.
